What we collect, and why.
This policy covers websites.aetherai.pro and the AETHER web and systems service. It is separate from the AETHER content platform's own privacy policy.
WHAT YOU TELL US
Enquiry and chat details.
When you use the chat or an enquiry form, we keep what you send - typically your name, business name, contact details and what you need - so we can answer you.

- Project details you describe
- No payment card details
ANALYTICS
PostHog, only after you press Accept.
If you press Accept on the storage bar, we use PostHog analytics to see which pages you visit, how long you stay and what you click on this site (for example, whether you opened the chat or the pricing page). It runs through our own domain, does not record your screen, and your IP address is not passed to PostHog.
If you press Decline, or don't answer, PostHog does not run at all. You can change your mind at any time with "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page; choosing Decline then switches PostHog off straight away.
If you pick a region (International or Fiji) at the bottom of the page, we remember it in a small cookie so prices show in the right currency. Nothing else is stored for that.
LINKS IN OUR EMAILS
Our email links are personalised.
If we email you, the link to this site carries a short random code, so we know when someone visits from that email. The code itself contains no name or email; the list that matches codes to businesses stays on our own server and is never shared with PostHog or anyone else.
Outside the UK and the EU: when you open the link, our server notes that it was opened and saves a small first-party marker in your browser, even if you don't press Accept. If you do accept, analytics also connect your visit to the code.
In the UK and the EU: nothing is recorded or saved from the link unless you press Accept.
We use this only to know when to follow up personally. We never send automatic emails because of it.
HOW IT IS USED
To answer you and improve the site.
Your details are used to respond to and manage your enquiry, and to talk with you about a potential or actual project. Analytics help us see which parts of the site are useful.
We don't sell or rent your information. PostHog processes analytics on our behalf; nobody else receives it.
RETENTION
Kept only as long as it is needed.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or, if you go ahead, to deliver the project. Analytics and email-link records are kept for as long as they're useful for following up, then deleted.
DELETION AND QUESTIONS
Ask and it is removed.
To have your information deleted, including analytics and email-link records, email anths@aetherai.pro and it will be removed. Any questions about this policy go to the same place.
